No one seems to post times for the Facebook-only crosswords on puzzlesocial. I don't do them because the solving app still has some bugs that haven't been worked out.
Fireball is only available via subscription, but it's well worth it IMO. They're usually the most innovative and/or most challenging puzzles of the week
