After seeing Jeffrey Harris' guest puzzle yesterday, I remembered to check his website (http://www.janglerspuzzles.com/)for updates. Earlier this week, he posted a very good themeless; I'd say it matches a Friday NYT in both difficulty and quality.
Not sure who put the 15:00 for Jeffrey's puzzle on my line, but it wasn't it me. I did it a few days ago, but don't remember the time.
