I'm guessing that 5:22 is the world's fastest time for that puzzle, so I can finally claim to have constructed a daily that no one can solve in under 5 minutes.
Main reason for the difficulty: no easy entry points to the puzzle. Makes me wonder how you find an in so much faster than all the others... Shear genius, I think.
